Welcome to the Printing Press Management System (PPMS). By accessing and using this platform, users
(including vendors, customers, and staff) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
- All vendors and customers must provide accurate and complete registration details.
- Accounts are non-transferable.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Vendors may upload artwork, designs, and related digital content (“Artwork”) for order processing and printing.
- Uploaded artwork must comply with all applicable laws and must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or prohibited content.
- All artwork uploaded by a vendor remains the intellectual property of the vendor (the uploader).

By uploading artwork, the vendor confirms that:
- They own the rights to the artwork or
- They have the necessary permissions/licenses to use and upload the artwork for printing purposes.
- PPMS and its administrators do not claim ownership over any artwork uploaded by vendors.
- Legal responsibility for artwork rests solely with the uploader.

The vendor grants PPMS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the artwork
only for fulfilling the printing order.
Orders will be processed based on the artwork and specifications submitted.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Uploaded artwork and job data may be stored for a limited period to support reprints, quality assurance, or customer service.
Users may request deletion of their artwork after job completion, subject to company policies.
- Incorrect artwork uploads
- Delayed or faulty printing caused by user error
- Copyright disputes
PPMS reserves the right to terminate any user account without notice for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
